With three decades of service as a Fire Captain and Paramedic with the Springfield Fire Department, I’ve honed invaluable skills in customer care under challenging circumstances. Our duty was to serve the public during their most critical moments, fostering resilience and adaptability. Out of this commitment to service and my role as a grandfather, LFA – Leldon’s Fishing Adventures was born. We extend a warm welcome to you and your family, inviting you to experience the joys of safe, exhilarating fishing in our world of natural wonders.
We include all fishing gear needed, water, fish processing, and bagging. For fly fishing trips, we provide quality fly rods, local flies, casting instruction, in and out of boat locations on the river to practice, water, and fish processing
At LFA Guide Service, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
This card can only be applied to guided trips with LFA Guide Service LLC and are subject to availability. Treat gift cards as cash, they will not be replaced if lost or stolen. LFA gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund.
We ethically fish our local waters, this includes respectful handling of fish, in the case of a native fish we will attempt to leave it in the water and to release it as healthy as possible. If a picture is requested, the fish will only be handled momentarily then released. We utilize small hooks and try to minimize damage to fish being released.
Any fish retained with eggs will be retained by the Guide for future trips.
If conditions change that create a safety or poor fishing potential the guide will contact clients and provide the opportunity for cancellation. This will be at the guide’s discretion.
We provide a relaxed, welcoming fishing experience from the avid angler to beginners, our service was founded in fishing with friends and family that grew into a fishing adventure for everyone.
